Annecy city is located at the north of Annecy lake, close to Italy and Geneva (Switzerland). Annecy is considerated the ‘French Venetia’ due to the picturesque channels crossing the city.

Méribel ski resort at 1500m. It is located in vallée des Allues in Savoie. The highest point is Vallon mountain with 2952m.

La Plagne ski area at 1800m. Together with Les Arcs it constitutes the Paradiski Domain. They are connected by the biggest cable car in the world, the Vanoise Express.
